Instructions: 

1. To begin, enter in your name, email, country, and approver information.
2. Then choose your request(s) and individual descriptions / questions will appear for each request selected.
3. After filling out all the information, press submit and the following will occur:
   • • A ticket is created in HubSpot and Marketing is notified
     • You will receive a confirmation email from HubSpot (please check your spam)
     • Your request will be marked as “Under Review” (There is a 2 – 3 day approval process)
     • Upon approval / denial, you will recieve an email with next steps.
